Hello,

gotta a question concerning hats.

Are both: witch hat and witer (santa claus) hat available for all the characters, despite of the profession?

Where or how to get them?

Any profession can have these hats.

Witch's Hats were available during Halloween. You'll have to wait til the next Halloween if you want one (and if they're available next year--they might not be). Santa Hats were available during Wintersday (Christmas) last year. They may be available at the end of the current Wintersday, then again they may not. You'll have to be around at the right time to know for sure.

You can probably find out when that time is on the official GW website.

To get the hats you will have to wait untill the Wintersday finale where you will get given them.
if you try to buy the hats of another player you wont be able to use them. they are customised.
